Hair loss has many causes - from genetic factors to hormonal changes or deficiencies. In order to find the right therapy, a precise diagnosis is crucial. With the Tricholab, we have a modern method at our disposal to precisely analyse the condition of your hair and scalp and objectively measure the success of the therapy.
How diagnostics with Tricholab works
The Tricholab is a modern, video-photographic advancement of the classic hair root status (trichogram). Instead of removing individual hairs, high-resolution images of the scalp are taken and analysed using a computer. Among other things, the hair density per square centimetre and the ratio of growing to shedding hair (anagen/telogen rate) can be determined. This precise data enables the hair loss to be accurately categorised and the course of treatment to be objectively documented.
The examination is carried out in two appointments: Firstly, the hair is shortened to skin level in one or two small areas of the scalp (approx. 1.8 cm² each), whereby the areas are selected so that they later remain hidden under the covering hair. After three days, the shortened areas are coloured with a black hair dye and videographed at around 20x magnification. The Tricholab program then automatically analyses the number of hairs, hair density and anagen/telogen ratio.

Meta Cell Plasma Exosome™
An innovative treatment that supports the regeneration of hair follicles at cellular level. Exosomes act like highly active messenger substances that can inhibit inflammation, improve blood circulation to the scalp and stimulate dormant hair roots. Just one session can achieve results that would otherwise only become visible after several PRP treatments - for stronger, thicker hair.
